Devisys® Spikes

The Devisys^® spikes for the heel area protect against slipping on icy or snow-covered surfaces. The material composition is particularly resistant. Wear-resistant carbide spikes ensure a secure grip, while the TR rubber compound is designed for low temperatures and remains elastic even in frosty conditions. Handling is simple: the spikes are attached to the heel area with hook and loop fasteners and can be easily removed. Additional reflectors on the heel and a non-slip sole profile ensure extra safety. The spikes are sold in pairs. They not only fit on many DARCO shoes and walkers, but also on most everyday shoes.

Materials
The material used for the anti-slip device is a TR rubber blend which is extremely frost-resistant. Durable hard metal studs of suitable height, similar to winter tires studs, have been cast on the outer sole.

Important notes
Remember to always be careful on black ice, even if you are using Devisys® anti-slip devices. The spikes can be slippery on hard materials and leave marks on soft floor materials. Keep the heel protector close to the shoe. Check the condition of the product regularly and discontinue use if the product is damaged.
